Hey y'all, my subletter bailed last minute so I'm looking for someone to do a lease takeover ASAP for a private room in a 4-bedroom apartment in Allston-Brighton. The room is $750/mo (includes heat and hot water) and the other utilities usually range from $30-40/mo and the lease goes until Aug 31, 2016. It's on Comm Ave right next to the Warren St. T stop on the B line, and the whole apartment is super spacious and gets a ton of natural sunlight. You will have three roommates, all undergrad students at BU. Please let me know if you're interested!
