-room is oriented towards the backyard, very quiet,
Regarding the apartment/building:
-cleaning lady comes once a month,
-access to the backyard (includes a barbecue),
-laundry in building,
-dishwasher in unit.
Apartment has 3 other bedrooms currently rented by professionals in their late twenties (two girls and one guy). Same profile is preferred.
The apartment is conveniently located 3 minutes from the Nassau stop on the G train and 10 minutes from the Bedford stop on the L train and 10 minutes from the East River Ferry.
The room comes unfurnished.
You must have a guarantor if your annual income is less than 40 times the monthly rent.
