Nice south-west 5 1/2 appartment!

I am looking for one roomate to share my appartment.

Everything is included, even house insurance, room is furnished. Renovated kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, living room, dinning room. Lots of multimedia available (netflix, plex, game consoles) View on a gorgeous park in the back, you can even hear the birds sing in the morning (and feel like snow white.) The area is very calm,10 min. walk from metro, bus stop on the corner that brings you to metro charlevoix in 2 minutes, near pharmacies, groceries store, nice little restaurants and bars. YMCA at 5 minutes from here (gym, yoga, etc..)

I am a pretty relaxed person. I have little dogs who are super affectionate, if you have a dog, I don't mind, but they need to all get along.

I'm not a party girl and you will never have a problem with that. I rarely have people over for diner, but will tell you in advance if anything. Planning to go back to school in fall, so it's a pretty chill place. When I'm home, I'm mostly in my room or gaming in the living room.

No smoking inside, I tolerate weed as long as you don't put tobacco in it and that you don't smoke 5 joints in a day (let's be reasonable :)) If you want to smoke cigaret, you have your own private balcony and can smoke on it, as long as you don't bring the smell inside :) I don't mind vaping.

I don't have any pictures yet because I just moved in, but you can come visit it, no problem.
