Looking For Female Roommate In Hoboken

I am just finishing up a 3 month sublease at this apartment and now would like to re-sign the lease to stay for another year. I am looking for a roommate who may be interested in signing with me and moving in for a year. I'm a 26-year-old fully employed woman, and would ideally like to live with another female roommate.

It's a two bedroom apartment, one bath, spacious living room and kitchen. My roommate who is moving out is willing to sell any/all of her furniture if you'd like to just keep the room as it is. There is also a lot of furniture and appliances left in the living room/kitchen from former roommates.

Rent is $950 a month, plus about $100 in electricity and cable.

Location is ideal, right on Washington Street, and only 10 minutes away from the PATH station. I work on Wall Street and it takes me 40 minutes to get to work from the moment I leave the apartment to the moment I'm sitting at my desk.

If September first move in date is too soon, you may be able to move in mid-September. We can talk about it more in person. Looking forward to meeting you and showing you the apartment.
