Looking for a roommate on Upper East Side (girls only!)
Hey friends! I am looking for a roommate to join my 2 bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side. I’ve lived here 5 years and love the apartment. The building is a prewar walkup full of nice families; everyone is quiet and friendly. The apartment itself has two full bedrooms; both bedrooms have huge closets with above closet storage space. The living room furniture will all be gone; I will be replacing it, or if you have furniture you want to bring, that’s fine! The bedroom will be completely empty and unfurnished.
The yearly lease was just renewed in January. Long term/lease sign between you and I is preferable.
