5 min from public transport (bus 165, 435, 160), leading to the Metro Côte-des-Neiges or Plamondon. 10 min biking to UdeM (Université de Montréal), Polytechnique and HEC. Supermarkets and pharmacies nearby (Maxi, Walmart, Metro, Asian Grocery, Harvey's). 20 minutes by bus to Downtown (Concordia, McGill) and 15 minutes to Mount Royal!
