Large room in spacious apartment right near UdeM, HEC, Polytechnique.

I will be moving back to Australia towards the end of July and so I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the month of August. A few options are available for the length of the lease up to 12 months. I Will be leaving on the 18th of July so the room is available from that date on.



It is a very large room which is fully furnished with a queen bed and bedding, desk and comfortable chair, bookshelfs, dresser draws, full length mirror, large wardrobe, heating and fan. 



The house is large and spacious on the 3rd floor of a complex with 6 apartments which was recently renovated. It has a lovely balcony perfect for the nicer weather, a large kitchen and spacious living room area. The entrance has a wardrobe to hang winter coats and boots in. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you could need. There is a dishwasher, a washer and a dryer in the apartment. The bathroom is in excellent condition with plenty of shelving for storage of toiletries. Currently there are two other roommates living in the house and both speak French and English.

The apartment is in the perfect location on Edouard Montpetit, only 200 meters from the intersection of UdeM, HEC and Polytechnique. Bus stops for the 51 and 119 buses are located directly in front of the building and the University of Montreal metro station only a 3 min walk away. Grocery store is located less than a 10 minute walk on Cote-des-Neige and is open 24 hours, with the 51 bus leaving from right outside it and stopping in front of the apartment. 24hour fruit and vegetable market only a 7 minute walk. There is a corner store which is open late and less than 200 meters. Beautiful parks only a 5 minute walk.

Rent is $640 a month which also includes high speed internet, heating, electricity and water.
