We (couple) are looking for a roommate for 1 large room in our large 3 bedroom apartment, on 2nd floor walk-up within a 3 floor townhouse in Central Astoria! Less than 1 block from Subway.

We are looking for someone for September 1st, flexible move in date October 1st.

Built-in Large Closet! room comes unfurnished. It fits a Full/Queen size bed, currently using a Queen size bed.

In the heart of Astoria, same block off R/ M train Steinway Station.

15 mins to Manhattan

Grocery stores 1-3 blocks away.

Restaurants and bars everywhere!

Gyms 5 minutes away.

Safe and relatively quiet street/neighborhood.

Rent doesn’t include utilities around $90/winter. $60/ summer (depends how good you are saving electricity, includes internet)

Very sunny open kitchen/dining/living room, recently renovated.

Updated HVAC system.

Laundry (washer & dryer) in the apartment! And a Roof!

There is 1 bathroom you will be sharing with another roommate, who is a PhD student/teacher.

We have our own bathroom.

We are looking for young professionals who would like to rent with us for at least 1 year, who are fairly quiet (no parties),we really want someone who is clean (we recycle) and willing to help keep the apartment clean.

Since we all work/study we keep overnight guests at the minimum.
