Large Bedroom in Astoria!

Looking for a great new roommate! I am signing a new lease starting April 1st at my current place. Looking for someone that has had roommates in the past and who is quiet, fairly clean, considerate, and long-term.

The room has high ceilings and 2 very large windows. It fits a queen size bed, desk, dressers, and more (it will be unfurnished)! It will also be painted back to beige by the time you move in.

Also, there is only one closet (which is by the entrance/living room) in the apartment which is shared. Has not been a problem since it is big enough for two people.

Just a 30 min commute to Columbia via the M-60 bus. And a 30-min to Midtown via the N, Q, and R trains which are walking distance also.

Rent includes water and heat. Internet, gas, and electricity not included. Usually $40 a month.

In order to move in, I would need first and last month's rent and a month's rent deposit. Totaling to $2,700.
