Large Bedroom Available in Luxury High Rise

Hello everyone!

Looking for someone to fill a bedroom in amazing apartment!

About the building:
Located on the 22nd floor of an high rise, amazing view of the city, laundry in the building and a lot of amenities including:
A 3 floor gym, pool, deck (amazing during the summer to get your tan!) groceries store, nail spa, convenient store, pharmacy, dry cleaning and more. It's an amazing place to live, there is literally everything you need.
Subway (6 train) is 5 min walk or there is a bus coming every 10 mins that brings you to any train (6,M,F,B,D,N,Q,R,1,A,C,E). We also have a free private shuttle that goes to Grand Central and Union Square.
It's very close to Union square as well, 15 mins walk, 4 mins bike.

About the apt:
It's a 4 bedroom apt, 1 and half bathroom, big kitchen and living room. We have cable and wifi as well.
The apt comes furnished, the room not.
Unfortunately no dogs allowed.

About the roommates:
3 guys in their mid twenties, all of them have full time jobs and are barely home. They are all quiet on weekdays and go out on weekends but never bring the party home.

What we are looking for:
A very respectful person, possibly mid twenties, stable job. We need someone who can be a leaseholder, lease Starts Oct.1 and ends on July 1st. If you want, you can renew it after that.
Proof of income as well as good credit required.
Three-month security deposit required.

This is a great place to live in, everyone is super friendly and it seems to live outside the city, without the incessant chaos, BUT in the city.
