The apt is in Waterside Plaza, on the 24th floor with a sweeping view of the entire downtown Manhattan and the east river. Doorman, elevator, laundry room in the building. The apt has one full bathroom and a half bathroom for the master bedroom, so you will only need to share the bathroom with two girls. Your room can fit a queen size bed and small table, has a built-in closet already.

Really convenient location if you work on the east side and the financial district. Free shuttle to union square and grand central. Gym in the building with a swimming pool and classes, and view of the Chrysler building.

Requires 2x rent deposit, $40k income min, and good credit score. Utilities about $20 and internet about $20 each month.

One girl has a well-behaved cat, can't have another cat. Building doesn't allow dogs.
