Great 6 1/2 Plateau

Our roommate is moving back to Europe, which means we need a new roommate for January. Our apartment is located at the intersection of St Joseph and St Laurent. The bus 51 stops right in front of our building. Metro laurier is about a 7 min away.

The apartment is a big 6 1/2 with washer/drier, dish washer, big bathroom and a big kitchen.

The room is the smallest of the apartment. It is not furnished but our current roommate is selling the furniture he bought when he moved in.

This is a perfect opportunity for a exchange student moving to Montreal for just a semester.
