L'appartement est un grand 6 et demi avec cours privée, situé prèes du parc lafontaine et de plusieurs métros à 7-10 minutes de marche. Les arrêts d'autobus sont à côté aussi. Il y a 3 chambres dans l'appartement dont une qui est habitée par une étudiante de 25 ans en psychologie et sociologie à l'Université de Montréal. Elle est serveuse, sympathique, rangée, musicienne et peintre, a deux chats et est optimiste.
La chambre a un grand garde-robe (beaucoup de rangement!) ainsi qu'une grande porte patio donnant sur notre beau jardin dans notre cours privée :)

Nous cherchons quelqu'un de confiance, qui inscrira son nom sur le bail, pour partager les responsabilités avec la superwomen qui sera sa prochaine colocataire.
