Grande chambre à louer dans Hochelaga proche de tout!
Bonjour,
Je sous-loue ma chambre du 1er mai au 30 juin, puisque j'emménage avec mon copain. Le loyer est de 380$ tout inclus (hydro, bell etc.), et meublé (lit, espace bureau et de rangements).
L'appartement est un 5 1/2 rez-de-chaussé avec un grand salon, une cour et un sous-sol, habité par deux gentils colocs. Ce sont deux garçons drôles, gentils et respectueux. Il y a parfois des fêtes, mais puisque nous avons un sous-sol, ce n'est pas très dérangeant.
Situé dans Hochelaga Maisonneuve sur Bourbonnière à 7 minutes à pieds du métro Joliette (à 2 secondes de la 139, 34 et 125), proche d'épiceries, pharmacie, bars (notamment le Blind Pig), restaurants (du bistro au delicatessen) et petits commerces (fruiteries, boulangeries, boucheries, etc.)
