Une chambre se libère dans mon charmant appartement sur deux étages et cours arrière (pour bien profiter des soirées BBQ, apéro,etc!!!)! Vous cohabiterez avec moi-même et un autre colocataire. Je suis jeune infirmière sociable, dynamique, fort sympathique et j'ai un petit penchant pour des souper occasionnels ou apéros entre locataires!

L’appartement est situé à environ 5 min de marche de la station de métro Fabre et proche de toutes les commodités (bars, parc Jarry, Maxi, etc…). 
Le loyer + internet + électricité + chauffage = 550$/mois. 

L’appartement comprend: 
Laveuse/sécheuse 
Lave-vaisselle 
Cuisinière 
Frigo 
Cours arrière  
3 chambres au rez-de-chausser, meublées (ou pas, si vous avez votre propre lit, nous enlèverons celui installé présentement) 
2 salles de bain
Grand salon et salle de lavage au demi sous-sol.
Bref, tout est aménagé !

A room become available in my lovely two floors apartment with a backyard (for well enjoying BBQ evenings, cocktails, etc !!!)! You will cohabit with myself and an other roommate. I'm a young nurse opened mind, dynamic, very friendly and I have a special taste for occasional dinner or aperitifs between roommates!
