FURNISHED MASTER BR luxury doorman rooftop

Hi -

I am relocating to the UK and I am looking for someone to sublet my room from May 6 (could be a couple of days earlier if needed) to December 31. Contract can be renewed after that (40X the rent for income if renewal)

It is a real bedroom + 1 bathroom in a 3 bed - 2 bath (half of living room was converted to a bedroom) on the 20th floor in a luxury building with gym, doorman, elevator, laundry in the building. You will have the whole bathroom to yourself as the other roommates share the other bathroom. All the rooms have their own AC unit and face the east side so you'll have plenty of sunlight as well as views of the East River and Brooklyn Bridge.

The building is located at 200 water st near South Street Seaport, 2,3,4,5,J,Z,A,C trains are all accessible via the Fulton Street stop. R train is a little bit further away but still within walking distance.

The current roommates are 2 female professional in their late 20s - early 30s. They are usually out and about after work and on weekends, and quiet when home.
Rent is $1620 per person. Deposit is one month. Utilities (water, electricity, internet) + household goods (napkins, toilet paper, cleaning products...) run about $70 per month.

In terms of closet space, you will have one built-in closet outside of the bedroom and one built-in in the bedroom.

In terms of furniture, 1 queen bed, memory foam mattress and cover, 3 memory foam pillows, bed sheets, desk, desk chair, bookcase, chest drawer, nightstand, bed lamp, portable closet. Bedroom can come unfurnished or furnished. Furniture available for sale

We are looking for:
- A female
- Fully employed
- Quiet, clean, respectful, responsible
- No pets, no smoking in apartment
- Guests are OK, but no live in boyfriends please
