Fully furnished room in a clean & cosy shared house
A room will be available on December 1st in our beautiful shared house.
The cost of the room is $650/month, all included (power, hydro, internet, cleaning products, furnitures).
The house is located on Fraser & 14th, super close to cool bars, cute shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and direct buses for UBC & dowtown.
It is a 7 bedroom house, with a huge kitchen and a nice shared living area, 3 bathrooms, a backyard, a bbq, a fire pitt and some veggies growing there ;)
People in the house are international students and workers, coming to Vancouver for a few months or longer. Currently, France, England, Germany, Netherlands, Australia and Canada are represented in the house ;)
We all get along very well, and really like spending time together after work and in the week end. We enjoy cooking, having diner parties and going on outdoor adventures.
If you are looking for a place where you don't only sleep but also meet friends, have new experiences and live in a warm atmosphere, don't look further, this room is for you!
