A room is going to be available on March 1st in my beautiful shared house.
The cost of the room is $650/month, all included (power, hydro, internet, cleaning products). 1 month lease minimum.
The house is located in Mount Pleasant area (Main and Broadway), close to restaurants, bars, shops and bus lines (downtown, UBC, SFU).
It is a 9 bedroom house, with a backyard, perfect for bbq and gardening project if you are into that ;)
People in the house are international students and workers, coming to Vancouver for a few months or longer.
The concept is simple: a house manager lives there and takes care of the general cleaning, helps new comers and makes sure everyone has a great time in Vancouver.
If you are looking for a place where you don't only sleep but also meet friends, have new experiences and live in a warm atmosphere, don't look further, this room is for you!
