I just moved out of a shared apartment in Davis square and my roommates are looking for somebody to take over as soon as possible, latest by March 1. This would be a 6-month sublet through the end of August with the possibility to renew.

About the roommates: Two young professional women in their mid-late twenties who work full-time. They're friendly, clean, and laid-back.

Ideal candidate: A responsible, clean, and considerate young professional or grad student who is independent but would enjoy chatting if paths cross or grabbing dinner or a drink or going to an event on occasion. Courteous and straightforward communication skills are a plus. No smoking or recreational drug use.

Apartment Details:
- Room can comfortably fit a full-size bed, large dresser, and side table
- 2nd floor of a 3 unit building
- Apartment is furnished; bedroom is not
- Includes spacious living room facing street with afternoon sunlight; Eat-in kitchen; storage room in the back; balcony and small back yard
- In-unit free laundry (yea, you are reading this right!)
- Entertainment: Sling TV (cable alternative), Hulu, Netflix, and HBO --Open for discussion
- No pets allowed
- Occasional guests are okay, but no regular overnight or live-in partners

- Davis Square in Somerville; walking distance to Teele square (7 min)
- On a peaceful residential street
- Close to several bars, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store (opening soon)
- Driving: close to I-93; Plenty of on street parking (pass needed); shared tandem driveway
- Transit: 5 min or less walking to Davis Square T stop on Red line, MBTA buses (88, 87, 89, 77, 94, 96, 90, and 89/93), Hubway bikes share, and rental cars (Zipcar, Relayrides, and Enterprise Carshare)

Rent: $900/mo + utilities
Utilities: $60-120 per person depending on the season
Due at signing: First, Last and Security (half a month's rent): $2250
Lease: March to August 31st, with the option to renew
Move-in: ASAP, latest March 1st
Note: For move in before March 1st, rent and utilities will be pro-rated for Feb.
