Great little sublet in a bright downtown apartment
This place is incredibly unique.
The space is very large and divided into 2 apartments connected by one large atrium with a skylight.
My room (the one up for rent) is medium sized with plenty of light from the atrium and a closet.
On the far apartment side - there are two washrooms, one shower, laundry, and kitchen with new appliances.
My roommates are fantastic, incredibly welcoming, and respectful. I am looking for someone who would return that consideration.
