Je me cherche un.e coloc pour venir habiter avec moi dans mon merveilleux appart sur le plateau!

- Situé coin Rachel / Des Érables
- L'appart est meublé (Électros, TV, BBQ) sauf pour ta chambre. À noter que mon ancien coloc y a laisser son lit et sa base de lit. Ils sont à vendre si ça t’intéresse.
- Ta chambre fait 11' x 11'
- Air clim
- Métro Mont-Royal à 15 minutes à pied (8 minutes en bus)
- 2 épiceries (ValMont, Metro) à 5 minutes à pied
- Gym (Éconofitness) à 2 coins de rue
- Parc Baldwin (avec piscine!) à 5 minutes à pied
- Borne Bixi au coin de la rue
- Rue Mont-Royal à 3 minutes à pied de la et tout ce que ça implique (restos, bars, commerces, etc)
- 7 minutes du Pont Jacques-Cartier en auto
- 800$ + les frais (Hydro (50$ / mois), Internet (30$))
- Pas d'animaux
Un peu sur moi :
- Jeune professionnel début trentaine
- Amateur de café, de vin nature et
- Sneakerhead
- Non Fumeur

Étant donné la situation actuelle, les visites se feront virtuellement en premier lieu. Je cherche quelqu’un qui va respecter les normes sanitaires .
