Cherche colocataire pour transfère de bail - Dec 2015 ou Janv 2016

Hey Guys,

My current roommate is moving out December 2015 or January 2016 so I am now looking for a nice person to be my new roomy:). I'd like to have someone not only to share the apartment, the rent and the chores, but someone that is willing to share meals, a glass of wine and some good times :) The lease would be at least till may 2016 included (after that the lease is over but we can renew it no prob).

About me:
I am back to Montreal in January 2016 after 6 months in Europe waiting for my canadian Work Permit. I graduated from Concordia in Film Animation and really liked studying there, that is why I want to go back!
In Montreal, I hang out a lot with the international students and I really enjoy meeting new people. I am a french girl, but I could have a roommate of any gender or nationality :)
I like going out, but I also need some peaceful times, although I'm always down for a cooking night, grabbing a beer or watching a film. If you're the kinda person that like to be in a clean and welcoming apartment, that you have similar interests and rhythm of life, I'd love to meet you! :) We could have a skype meeting in December so we get to know each other a bit.

About the appt:
-Sunny and well located 4 1/2 Downtown (2 rooms: yours and mine :D)
-the apartment is big: the kitchen has many drawers and shelfs, the living room is big enough to have parties and chill nights, your room is big and have a closet in the wall. All the apartment has big windows which gives us lots of light!
-rent is 566$/month, electricity is extra (about 15$ a month), internet is also extra, around 30$ a month, we might change for a cheaper one if you want :D
-1st floor, elevator in building.
-Kitchen's got an oven, fridge and freezer from the owner and I brough a microwave, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, egg beater, lots of pans, cuttleries, everything you need to cook basically. If you're a foodie like me, you'll like this place for sure.
-I got towels if you need some I can share mines :D
-I got also a vacuum cleaner, iron, Big 55" TV, speakers
-Laundry in the building.
-3 min from atwater metro station, 5min from Guy-Concordia station
-near groceries (Adonis, PA, provigo, IGA), restaurants, nightlife, buses, cinema, coffee shops, . . .
