Chambre calme proche metro Charlevoix, Centre ville et Canal Lachine

Salut!

Je suis à la recherche d’un ou d’une colocataire pour occuper une chambre dans un 5 ½ récemment rénové et calme. La chambre est disponible dès le 1er Novembre avec possibilité d’emménager en Octobre dans la petite chambre d’ami si tu viens d’arriver sur Montréal.

Le loyer est de 500$

Je suis à la recherche d’une personne sociable, propre et respectueuse.

Voici 10 bonnes raisons de venir en colocation avec moi!

1. La chambre est meublée avec un lit, une table de nuit et un bureau. Il y a aussi l’option d’utiliser tes meubles.

2. Tu peux rester quelques mois ou tu peux mettre ton nom sur le Bail et rester toute l’année. Je suis flexible.

3. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l’appartement.

4. L’appartement a été rénové il y a 2 ans.

5. Les chambres sont aux extrêmes opposées de l’appartement (la tienne est face au jardin et la mienne face à la rue). Tu peux regarder un film ou écouter de la musique sans aucun problème, on n’entend rien! L’appartement a une structure idéale pour la colocation. Il y a aussi une petite chambre d’ami pour la famille et les amis.

6. L’appartement est dans une rue très calme et il y a toujours de l’espace pour stationner.

7. Il y a 2 supermarchés proches (Maxi et Iga) ainsi que le marché Atwater.

8. Il y a le métro Charlevoix (ligne verte) à quelques minutes de marche qui t’amène au centre-ville. Il y a aussi un bus qui nous amène à square-victoria en 15 minutes. Idéal pour les étudiants de Mcgill, l’Ets, Concordia, l’Uqam et les jeunes professionnels qui travaillent en centre-ville.

9. Le canal Lachine est très proche. Idéal pour aller y faire du vélo, du jogging, un pic-nic ou juste une promenade.

10. J’ai 28 ans. Je travaille dans une startup. Je suis sociable, j’aime faire du sport et j’ai des passe-temps un peu geek :)

Hello,

I am looking for a roommate to share a renovated and quiet 5 ½. The room is available on November 1st but you could stay in the small guest room in October if you just arrived in Montreal.

The rent is $500 + internet and utilities.

I am looking for a person that is social, clean and respectful.

Here are 10 reasons you will like the apartment:

1. The room can be furnished with a bed, a night table and a desk (see picture). You can also bring your own furniture.

2. You can stay a few months or you can co-sign the lease and stay the whole year. It’s up to you.

3. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment.

4. The apartment was renovated 2 years ago.

5. Bedrooms are at the opposite of each other (yours is facing the yard and mine the street). You can watch a movie and listen music and I won’t hear it! The structure of the apartment is perfect! There is also a small guest room for family and friends.

6. The street is very calm. You will always find parking.

7. There are 2 supermarkets nearby (Maxi and Iga). In addition, the Atwater market is nearby. I usually go to Maxi and the Atwater market to get good food and stay on my budget.

8. The Charlevoix metro (green line) is nearby and will take you downtown in less than 15 minutes. There is also a bus that will take you to square Victoria in 15 minutes. It is perfect for students at Mcgill, Ets, Concordia and Uqam and for young professionals working downtown.

9. Lachine canal is nearby. It is perfect for running, biking and picnics.

10. I am 28 year-old. I work in a tech start-up. I am social, I like sport and I have geeky hobbies :)
