Je m'appelle Catherine et j'ai 30 ans. Je travaille dans les médias. J'habite à côté du métro Laurier, sur le Plateau Mont-Royal. À 2 min du métro. À côté du Parc Laurier, boutiques, restos, bars, marchés. Je suis propriétaire d'un grand appartement sur 2 étages, avec 2 salles de bain complètes, laveuse-sécheuse, grande cuisine toute équipée avec lave-vaisselle, four au gaz, terrasse, cour, bbq, internet très haute vitesse wifi, la télé avec une centaine de chaînes, aucun animal, très lumineux, très joli et féminin! Tout est meublé. Je fournis même la literie. Je charge 700$ par mois pour TOUTES les commodités mentionnées ci-haut incluses et même la femme de ménage qui vient aux 2 semaines. La chambre serait disponible dès maintenant. Par contre, je préfère vivre avec une fille. Je peux envoyer plus de photos.

I live in the Plateau Mont-Royal area. The metro station Laurier is at 2 minutes from my house! It's a GORGEOUS Condo in a GORGEOUS area. I am close from the Laurier park, boutiques, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. The Condo is victorian, full of sunshine, and very pretty. It's on two floors. Everything is completely furnished and new. I have the most equipped kitchen ever, 2 full bathrooms, air conditioning. A beautiful backyard with a patio, garden, BBQ. It's a huge place so everybody has its own space. I also have a very high-speed wifi, more than 100 TV channels. A cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks! I rent it for 700$. I prefer to live with a girf. It's available from now on. I'm flexible. Can send more pictures.
