Bonjour!

Nous sommes deux filles de 18 ans qui possède un très magnifique et grand appartement à quelques pas du métro et d’un superbe parc, disponible à partir du 1er Juillet!

Il est situé à 12 minutes à pied et 4 minutes de bus (qui t’y amène directement) du métro Langelier (ligne verte) et 2 minutes à pied du bus 33 et 85. C’est un super grand et illuminé 5 ½ à aire ouverte au rez-de-chaussé avec une grande cours privée (barbecue inclus!!!). L’appart est complètement meublé expecté la chambre à louer qui possède un très grand garde-robe et une belle fenêtre donnant sur la cours. Nous sommes ici depuis 1 an et nous adorons.

Nous cherchons un étudiante/étudiant qui est calme (mais pas trop), social, amical mais surtout propre car on met beaucoup d’effort à entretenir notre petit chez nous et rien n’est plus plate que de revenir d’une grosse journée et voir le bordel, pas vrai? Bref, deux filles vraiment nice (et un petit bébé chat) qui se cherche une/un nouveau coloc au modeste coût de 450$ par mois incluant hydro, Netflix...

We are two bilingual 18 years old girls in possession of a great and luminous apartment only a few minutes away from the metro and an amazing park, available July 1st!

It is situated 12 minutes away by foot from the Langelier metro station (Green line) and in front of a bus stop that takes you directly to the metro in under 4 minutes. It is about two minutes away from the 33 and 85 bus lines. The open concept apartment in completely furnished except for the room we are renting which has a big wardrobe and a nice window overlooking the backyard. We’ve been here for a year now and we absolutely adore it.

We are looking for a student who’s calm (but not too calm), sociable, friendly but most importantly: clean. We put a lot of effort into maintaining our apartment clean and nothing is more annoying than coming back from a hard day and seeing your place super messy am I righttt? So yeah, two super nice girls (and a baby kitten, yes yes) looking for a new roommate for the very low cost of 450$ per month including electricity, hot water, Netflix…
