Comme je quitte le pays pour 6 mois, je sous-loue ma chambre à partir de janvier 2016. L'appartement est un grand 4 1/2 situé dans le Mile-End, a proximité de toutes commodités. Il s'agit d'un superbe quartier où il fait très bon vivre!

8 minutes à pied de la Station de Metro Rosemont, autobus au coin de la rue menant directement au centre-ville, épicerie, dépanneurs, restaurants/bars et cafés à proximité.

L'appartement est entièrement meublé, de même que la chambre à louer, incluant laveuse/sécheuse et lave-vaiselle. Les électro ménagers sont tous neufs. Il y a un grand balcon à l'avant et une grande terrasse avec BBQ à l'arrière. L'appartement est situé sur une rue peu passante.

Je recherche une personne propre, rangée et respectueuse.

L'autre coloc est une étudiante au doctorat de 25 ans, très respectueuse, agréable et facile à vivre.

Hello,

As I leave the country for six months, I am subletting my room starting from January, 2016. The apartment is a large 4 1/2 located in the Mile-End, close to all amenities.

8 minutes walk from the Metro Station Rosemont, bus at the corner of the street, grocery, convenience stores, restaurants / bars and cafes nearby.

The apartment is fully furnished as well as the room to rent, including washer / dryer and dishwasher. There are two large balconies, front and back (Terrace with BBQ), and the apartment is located on a quiet street.

I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person.

The other roommate is a PHD student of 25, very respectful, easygoing and fun to live with!
