Je sous loue ma chambre entièrement meublée disponible début mai 2016 jusqu'à fin août. Je vis avec une colocataire adorable et très calme qui étudie à l’Université de Concordia.
Ma chambre est très spacieuse et lumineuse. Le soleil entre dans ma chambre chaque matin ce qui est très agréable . Je dispose de ma propre salle de bain individuelle et d’un dressing. Il y a un grand balcon meublé d' une table et de deux chaises accessible de ma chambre. Il s’agit d’un 4 1/2, en consequence le salon est séparé des chambres.
Mon appartement est situé au 6eme étage et a une vue très dégagée. L’immeuble dispose de plusieurs machines à laver et à sécher au sous-sol. Au pied de l’immeuble se trouve deux dépanneurs ce qui est très utile. Autrement les supermarchés se situent à 10 minutes à pieds et il est possible de se faire livrer les courses.
L’appartement se situe à 3 minutes de Concordia à pieds et donc du métro Guy Concordia et à 10 minutes de McGill à pieds. L'UQAM est aussi accessible en metro sur la ligne verte et HEC se situe à 20 minutes avec le bus 165. L'emplacement de l'appartement est bien desservi par le reseau de transport en commun. Le bus 24 qui traverse tout sherbrooke est situé à l angle de l'immeuble et le bus de nuit 156 relie l'appartement avec le boulevard saint laurent.
L’immeuble est en plein centre-ville et permet donc l’accès très rapide aux centres commerciaux, gym, cinéma, supermarchés (Provigo, P&A, SAQ…), hôpital, pharmacie, bibliothèque publique, parc, nombreux restaurants et bars.

I am subletting my furnished room from beginning of May up until end of August 2016. I am living with an adorable and very calm roommate that attends Concordia University.
My room is very bright and spacious. The sun is coming in every mornings which is very enjoyable. I have my own bathroom and a dressing. There is an access to the balcony from my bedroom and from the living room. It is 4 ½, therefore the living room is huge.
The apartment is on the 6th floor so the view is very clear. The building has several washing machines and dryers in the basement. There are two dépanneurs in the building. Supermarkets are 10 min away from the apartment and they offer deliveries.
The apartment is 3 min away from Concordia by foot and 10 min away from Mcgill. Uquam is also accessible by the green lign of the metro and Hec is 20 minutes away by the bus 165. The location of the building is very well deserved by public transportations. The bus 24 is situated at the corner of the building and the nightbus 156 connect the appartement with Saint Laurent boulevard.
The building is downtown and it gives an easy access to malls, gyms, cinema, supermarkets (provigo, P&A, SAQ, etc), hospitals, pharmacies, public libraries, public parks and many restaurants and bars.
