On cherche à louer la quatrième chambre de notre appartement situé sur Saint-Laurent, dans le Plateau.
Restaurants, bars, épiceries, friperies, pis le Mont-Royal à deux minutes à pieds!!
On vient tout juste d'emménager, donc l'appartement n'est pas encore très décoré (ça s'en vient), ça te permettra de pouvoir y mettre ta touche personnelle pour te sentir chez toi!
On est trois étudiants à temps plein à l'UQAM, deux filles de 23 ans et un gars de 24. 4/20 friendly & LGBTQ friendly :)
On travaille également dans la restauration, on fait le party, des soupers, mais on reste très respectueux. Si tu te reconnais là-dedans, manque pas ta chance!
On a également deux jolis chats, qui sont par contre presque toujours à l'extérieur.
La chambre à louer est meublée avec un lit double, des étagères et un rack pour tes vêtements. Parfait pour étudiant-e slash pvtistes slash jeune travailleur-euse décontracté-e.
Le loyer de 500$ inclut l'électricité, le chauffage et Internet.

Hey there!
We're renting the fourth bedroom in our nice apt. located on the Main, Plateau Mont-Royal.
There are plenty of nice restaurants, thrift shops, bars and grocery stores in the area.
We are located two minutes walk from the mountain as well!
We just moved in, so the style is not there yet, but we promise it'll be amazing soon.
We are three full time students from UQAM: two 23-y.o. girls and one 24-y.-o. boy. 4/20 friendly & LGBTQ friendly:)
We all work in restaurants, we like to party but we are also very respectful.
We also have two lovely cats, but they're almost always outside.
The room is furnished with a double bed, shelves and a rack for your clothes.
The rent includes electricity, heating and internet.
We need someone by the first of July, so don't miss your chance:)
