Bedroom open in 3 br in Sunnyside

Hey everyone, my roommate and I (two men) are looking for a third roommate to join us in a three bedroom in Sunnyside Gardens for a year long lease. We currently don't live there, we're moving in at the end of the month. The rent would be 1,000 a month and after being approved by the landlord and jumping on the lease you'd just have to give myself and my roommate 500 each since we covered the security deposit already and then start paying rent in july. No broker fee.

About the apartment it's a three bedroom one bath with an office, a full kitchen with dish-washer and plenty of natural light, several linen closets It's on the second floor of a two story building between the 46 and 51 st stops on the 7. Happy to answer any other questions.

About your room it's not huge but can fit a queen sized bed, a night stand, a dresser and it has a normal sized closet.

About us we are two improv comedians, one's a banker and the other does freelance video work. We will be very respectful of your space and privacy.
