Beautiful Beach Ave Furnished Master Bedroom 29th Floor
Hi! I'm traveling to Nicaragua for a little over a month and want to rent my furnished bedroom out. You will have everything you need (bed, bedding, towels, furniture, etc). It's on the 29th floor with a stunning view and it's right by the beach. Asking $700 for the 5 weeks there, I pay $1100/month myself, but am just trying to find someone to rent it for the 5 weeks. There is a cat that lives here as well named Mikey, and my roommate is David and he is very polite and quiet.
