3 floor Apt in the heart of Southie

I am currently looking for a female young working professional who is responsible but also is social to fill the second bedroom of my apartment. Not looking for a roommate who likes to have people over and parties every day/night. Someone who likes to hang at home or out is fine and have people over on occasion during weekends (Friday is like the weekend right?!). Cleaning up after yourself is huge! Rent is $950/mo, we pay heat, electric and cable. Internet/water are included. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. 5 mins walk to Stats Bar and an additional 3 mins to bus stops that'll take you to the train or into town. In addition, it takes you right to west/east Broadway's and bars /restaurants are right there! If you're a gym lover, the BAC is down the street the other way. The only downfall is there are no washer/dryer in unit but a laundry mat across the street! However we have a roof deck! Photos show the roof access, the living room, kitchen and the "office" is the room there open. It looks a lot smaller in pictures but definitely not closet space!

About me- I am 29 y/o working professional. Working in marketing for spirits and beer, so I am mostly home during days and some nights I'm out for work. Pets are not allowed, but sometimes my boyfriend's dogs are with me so someone who isn't allergic to dogs and likes them is a plus! I am in both a bowling and Skeeball league!
