Hello, I am looking for a roommate to move in April 1st. The apartment bedrooms are stacked railroad style, and the apartment is clean with a comfortable living room and kitchen space. Yorkville (the neighborhood) is clean, lively and the apartment is directly across from the Q subway train. There is a charming park on the water in walking distance from the apartment, and the rent is a great value / low cost for the area as well.

I am easy going and social. I enjoy good food / drinks, exploring the city, and relaxing when I can (despite a busy work and social schedule). I work full-time at a makeup and cosmetic company and am out and about most weekends. I am seeking a roommate who is also easy going, kind, and responsible. I would like to be friends with my roommate but I also value alone time / do my own thing.
