This private room is apart of a five bedroom apartment that is currently shared by 3 guys. Each has a full time job and are not around much but we all work to maintain a clean shared living space. Very laid back and easy going.

My favorite thing about the apartment is the location. A lot of local restaurants and bars within walking distance and there is a Keyfoods about 5mins away, an organic supermarket about 10mins and a new Whole Foods is opening two streets over.

Also near Columbia University and directly across from St. Nicholas Park.

The space is a 2min walk from the ACDB trains and 10min walk from the 1.

It takes 10mins to get to Times Square and 15mins to get to Herald Square on the express lines, super convienent!
