Your bedroom will have a large closet with space for a double bed and a small desk or a single bed with room for a larger desk and dresser. The apartment unit is ready to live in with a full kitchen including a stove, refrigerator,dishwasher. and a washing machine and dryer. It also has a dining room table and partially furnished living room. All you need to bring is a double or single bed. You are welcome to have guests over in your room. In addition, as a resident of the building you will have free access to a full gym and with a refundable deposit you can also use the theatre room, game room, library, lounge or meeting rooms to entertain your friends.

Building permit parking is also available for $145 per month and a Locker for $35.00 per month
