It is literally a 2 minute walk to Place D'Armes metro (orange line) and has a beautiful view of the Notre Dame Basilica. There are lots of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants right downstairs and all around the neighbourhood. It is a 5 min metro ride to Berri-UQAM, 10 min to McGill and 15 to Concordia. Internet and utilities are included.
