The APT:
Rent = $2050/month which is $1025 each plus utilities which usually adds up to $75 total and is split evenly between you and me,
The apt is located one street away from the 137th stop on the 1 train line. Laundromat is down the street or on 135th. Furnished with a TV, Sofa bed in the living room, Stainless Steel appliances, Electronic Swipe and Intercom to access the building. No pets. Occasionally there is a cleaning lady who comes once a month and cleans the entire apartment for about $60 also divided equally.

Me:
29 yr old, young professional in social services. Pretty easygoing, occasionally go out but not the life of the party.

You:
Should be gainfully employed, able to show proof of income/guarantor, be able to pays bills on time, not an ex-con, responsible, respectful, good credit (preferable 680+), non-smoker :)

TO MOVE IN : You will have to complete an application form and pay $75 for the background check. You may need to provide w2 or pay stubs or job letter, guarantors may be accepted. Refundable security deposit (equal to 1 month's rent) + 1 month's rent to move in, which is $2050 due on January 1st 2016.
