You'd be moving in with an awesome Swedish exchange student, who's studying engineering at Polytechnique. All furniture and appliances (including washer/dryer/dishwasher) are included.
5min walking distance from Metro Sherbrooke, and near lovely cafes, fruit shop and grocery store.
