I would like to transfer my lease starting March 1st 2016 to July 1st 2016 with the possibility to renew afterwards. The apartment is a big 4 1/2 completely renovated in 2015. It has a big double living room closed off by french doors. A closed office space with access to a balcony in the front of the building. There is a bedroom in the back, a renovated kitchen with a spot for a dishwasher and a bathroom with a new bathtub and toilette. The apartment has a space for a stacked washer and dryer behind a closed door and a hidden hot water tank. There is a long shared balcony in back. This is a very family and friendly street with a elementary school, pharmacie, dollorama and videotron on the corner. Groceries are one street up and the Verdun metro is 2 minute walk away.
