Apartment in the Marina has an opening for a guy in his early- to mid-20s. Close to best bars/restaurants on Chesnut and the Presidio

My roommate and I are looking for a guy in his early- to mid-20s to fill the third bedroom in our apartment in the Marina. We're both recent grads ('16) who went to school up in New England. The room opening up in our place is a large converted dining room. We're a 2-3 min walk from the great bars/restaurants on Chesnut and steps from the Presidio. The apartment also comes with great backyard area. The space is pretty incredible and has a ton of features that are hard to come by in the Marina including an outdoor area, large living room with fireplace, and tons of storage space/closets. We're flexible with move-in date (as late as Sept. 4) but we're hoping to fill the room ASAP
