I’m going back home and I’m really sad to leave my awesome colocation in Saint-Denis (Plateau). I’m looking for someone to replace me starting the 14th of December until the end of !
Located on Saint Denis, 10 minutes by walk to Mont-Royal Metro station, the flat & the room are equipped (Washing machine, Kitchen, etc…). As you may know, le Plateau is one of the more grooving neighborhoods of Montréal, with a strong international and French aspect. Bars, restaurants, Indie shops, everything is around the corner.
In order to maintain the awesome atmosphere we have at the moment, we are looking for a boy, studying and between 20 & 25 years old. We like to meet at the end of the day, eat together some days and will surely enjoy the big living room & spend the long winter that is coming. Clara and Chloé are studying in HEC, Sebastian is an exchange student studying in Mc Gill. Exchange student are more than welcome, but you need to be in Montréal now in order to visit and meet the roommates.

Je rentre bientôt chez moi et je dois malheureusement quitter ma super colocation dans le coeur du plateau (Rue Saint-Denis). Je recherche quelqu’un pour prendre ma place à partir du 14 Décembre jusqu’à la fin du bail en Juin.
L’appartement est situé à 10 minutes à pied de Mont-royal et 15 de Sherbrooke, il est entièrement équipé et meublé, la chambre également. Le plateau est l’un des quartiers les plus vivants de Montréal, avec un fort accent français et international. Vous trouverez des bars, des restaurants, des boites et des magasins hipsters à tous les coins de rues.
Afin de maintenir la bonne ambiance que nous avons pour l’instant, nous recherchons un jeune homme de 20-25 ans actuellement aux études pour passer le long hiver qui s’annonce ensemble (winter is coming). Clara et Chloé sont étudiantes à HEC Montréal et Sebastien est un étudiant échange à Mc Gill. Les étudiants échanges sont les bienvenus (j’en suis un), mais nous voulons absolument te rencontrer avant de faire notre choix, donc ce ne sera pas possible si tu n’es pas présent à Montréal.
