Je rentre en France pour l'été est propose mon logement à la sous-location pour tout l'été. Le logement est un véritable nid d'amour. D'abord, tu seras prêt de tous les types de transports en commun : à 5min du métro Lionel-Groulx (lignes orange et verte), donc à moins de 10minutes depuis l'appartement du centre-ville et du Vieux Port par exemple. Ensuite, l'appartement est tout équipé : meubles, décoration, télévision, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver et sèche linge. Enfin, le loyer est vraiment pas chère pour le quartier et la situation. C'est un véritable condo Montréalais avec un charme indéniable. À proximité, deux supermarchés, une boulangerie en bas de l'appartement, un centre commercial à 10minutes pour des besoins précis et le marché Atwater pour ce faire un bon repas. On à même une chambre de disponible dans l'appartement donc si tu craques comme on a craqué pour l'appartement, tu pourras t'installer définitivement :).
En bonus : Xbox One et GameCube avec des jeux ! L'été, c'est vraiment la plus belle saison à Montréal, alors vient vivre l'expérience à 200% dans un quartier qui bouge et dans notre belle appartement.
Le loyer inclut la totalité des frais , càd hydro + internet et TV.

I'm going back to France for the summer and I'm subleasing my bedroom for the whole summer ! The flat is a place of confort and love. First of all, you will be near the métro (5min of walk) Lionel-Groulx (orange and green line), so at less than ten minutes from downtown and the Old Port for example. Also very clodse to the bus and a direct access to the 747. Then, the flat is furnished : furnitures, decoration, TV, laundry-machine, drying machine and a dishwasher. Finally, the rent is really low compare to the neighborhood and the situation. It's a true typical Montreal's condo with a lot of charm. Also very close to two supermarkets, a french bakery at the first floor of the flat (we are at the second), a mall at 10minutes and the Atwater market at 5minutes of walk to cook yourself a great lunch or diner. We even have a bedroom who will be free for august and the rest of the year if you fall in love like we did of the flat and fo St-Henri. You will live with three other people. :)
As a bonus : Xbox One and a Gamecube with video games ! Summer is the best season in Montréal, so come enjoy it 200% in our very dynamic and young neighborhood. The rent includes everything so Hydro + Internet/TV. Do not hesitate for any questions ! To rent from the 1st of June to the 30th of August.
