- 10-15 min walk to McGill and UQAM campus, 20 min to Concordia (or 2 subway stops) 5 min to McGill or place des arts subway stations. Close proximity to many shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants, museums, etc.
- The room has a window and is furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe closet, desk + chair and storage. Also, it has AC, which is nice because it can get pretty hot in Montreal in the summer.
- The apartment has 5 bedrooms overall (though it is unlikely that all 5 bedrooms will be rented during the summer), 2 bathrooms, a large and fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a large living area with sofas, tv, and full wall windows with a beautiful view onto downtown Montreal. Laundry room next door. 24/7 security.
- The apartment is in the La Marq student residence, which has many great facilities such as a gym, game room with pool tables, ping pong table, foosball table, study rooms, music room (see lamarq link above for more). The staff is very nice and helpful, and it is a great place to meet students from all around the world!
