Bonjour!
Une chambre ensoleillée se libère pour JUILLET ou AOÛT dans un beau 6 ½ situé dans la Petite-Patrie, à distance de marche du Mile-End et du Plateau Mont-Royal. Elle mesure environ 9' x 11' avec un mur en angle (donc pas spécialement grande), NON-meublée, avec une grande fenêtre qui donne sur la cour et un garde-robe très profond. Location à long terme préférée, mais autre arrangement possible.

510$ Tout compris. Internet illimité + autres charges incluses dans le prix, lav-séch sur place.

Appartement au rez-de-chaussé, cour avec jardin et BBQ, rangement pour vélo l’hiver, près des commerces, parcs, pistes cyclables, à 5 min à pied des métros Rosemont et Beaubien (ligne orange).

À propos de moi: femme Québécoise, début 40, designer et artiste visuel. Je cherche une cohabitation amicale et simple, plutôt calme mais avec la possibilité de partager un verre ou un repas de temps en temps, sans transformer l’appart en club social.
À noter qu’il y aura un nouveau 3ième coloc pendant les mois de juillet-août, qu’il faudra remplacer par la suite. Il vient avec un adorable chat. :)

La personne recherchée serait entre 30-45 ans, jeune de coeur mais mature de comportement. Quelqu’un qui privilégie la communication plutôt que les éclats, et qui partagera le ménage et autres tâches communes.

Bienvenue aux artistes respectueux, étudiants aux cycles supérieurs, créatifs de tout genre, etc; ayant des pratiques respectueuses de l’environnement et des valeurs compatibles. Non-fumeur à l’intérieur. Chat accepté s’il va dehors. Pas de chien, désolée.

A sunny room will be available for JULY or AUGUST, in a cosy and quiet 6 ½ located in Petite-Patrie, at a walkable distancy to Mile-End and Plateau. It measures approximately 9 'x 11' with an angle wall (so not particularly big), UNFURNISHED, with a large window that overlooks the courtyard and a very deep wardrobe. Long term rental is preferred, but shorter can be discussed.

510 $ per month. Unlimited wi-fi and others fees are included in the price, washing machine/dryer in the flat.

Apartment on ground floor, backyard, BBQ, garden, bike storage in winter, near parks, bikepaths, stores, 5 min walk to Rosemont and Beaubien metro (orange line).

About me: female Quebecer, early 40, designer and visual artist;
I am looking for a simple and friendly cohabitation, rather calm at home, but with the openness to share a drink or a meal from time to time. No party beast please.
There is a third roommate that will arrive in July and stay for 2 months; will have to find another person later. He has an adorable cat :)

The person sought shall be between 30-45, young at heart but mature in behavior, with a focus on communication, and willing to share the cleaning / common tasks in the apartment.
