Looking to rent in Center City or West Philly month to month through spring 2019.
I currently work as a tutor teaching ESL and SAT/ACT exam prep. I have a BS and an MA and am looking to go back for a JD in 2019. I'm in the process of applying to law schools so I'm looking for a place to rent till I have to move for school, which will be around May or June 2019.
I like to cook (not a vegetarian, but I only cook vegetarian), am clean, organized, friendly, and easygoing. I have enough savings to pay for over 6 months of rent, so even if I wasn't working that will never be an issue.
I have no pets, plants, or car. I don't smoke, but I'm fine with being in a smoking building or having roommates who do. Furnished and unfurnished rooms both work for me.
