Looking for a Room in August!

Hello there!

My name is Samantha and I am a 22-year old recent graduate from San Diego State University with a degree in Music Education. I plan on going back to SDSU for one more year so that I can obtain my California Teaching Credential.

With that being said, I am not going to be home often! I will be student teaching full-time during the day and then will have classes at SDSU in the evening. When I am home, I like to be in a quiet, relaxed, and focused environment. I don't party and do not like it when people bring the party home. But I enjoy going out sometimes and would hope that my roommate would want to join me in having an occasional drink! (I think there should be some kind of balance here!) I am also a clean person. I try very hard to make sure my living environment is clean and organized (since I pay good money to live there).

My ideal living situation involves the following factors:
-- $500 (give or take)
-- My own bedroom
-- Bathroom (can be shared)
-- Air Conditioning
-- Within a 20-minute drive to SDSU (negotiable)
-- Quiet, clean, fun, drug-free roommates (students/grad. students would be preferable, but still negotiable)
-- Female roommates (negotiable)
-- A house (but willing to live in an apartment)
-- Parking

I can provide my own furniture for my bedroom and could also provide a couch and coffee table for a living room along with plenty of kitchen materials.
