Hello, We got a super bright room in an upper duplex really well located in Outremont Montreal. (everything arround you : buses, metro, grocery stores and parc, universities by a walking distance). We are tech, sport and coffee addicts (litterally a full coffee lab on , since one of us roast coffee) working in the area, one entrepreneer (ex engeneer) and the other car automation engeneer. We are looking for calm fun person to share the space with. Everything is equiped and furnished, we even create our own automation tools and furnitures. A plus would be somebody with a green touch, if not, we would continue filling the appartment with cactus 🙂
