Hey,
I'm a professional composer working in Venice for a company called CHROMA (http://www.chromamusic.net). I mostly do Trailers, ads, movies and video games music.

I'm looking for a long term rent around "Late January / Early February" private bedroom around Santa Monica/Venice/Mar Vista/Marina Del Rey.

I'm an easy going person who like to go out have dinner/drink with friends on the weekends, hike go the beach and enjoy a nice evening watching TV.

I'm not too much of a party person but I like to meet new person!

I'd love to have roommate(s) I can have lunch/dinner/drink (I love to cook for other people) with from time to time as I think it helps the dynamic of "living together".
But I also like to have my one space to relax.

I'm a quiet and won't have people coming in every night to party and make noise.

I'm ok with animals! I love them! But I don't have any.

No smokers, no drug addict. I would prefer live with people that are the same on this point.

I work from 11am to 8pm most of the time and sometimes on week-ends! Then you'll never have me making music in the appartement/house.
