Hiya! My roommate and I have a spare spacious bedroom with a private bath at the Mira Bella Luxury Apartments in La Jolla near Clairemont. If you'd like to rent our single it'd be $1,150 with a year long lease. If you share the room it would be $575 each. We have one person who is very interested in the room bit would like to share it as a double, so if you'd like I can give her your contact info. Some background on my roommate and I, we are both grad students. We love watching movies and hanging out on our free time. Its a smoke free community and we would like a pet free and party free environment. If Interested lemme know 😀
