I work evenings-late night but am very quiet and considerate when coming home. I don't usually have any guests over unless it's family from out of town. Not a party animal.
High level floor of elevator building with a great view and 24/7 security. Near 145th and 7th ave. Close to ABCD32 trains.
The room is about 250 sq ft and has 2 large closets, queen bed, dresser, and tv. You'd practically be alone in the apartment depending on your schedule. Looking for a long term tenant for 1+ year or at least 3 months.
