A friendly student from Australia looking for a place near PolyMTL for the fall semester!

Bonjour!
I am studying at EPM for the fall semester and am searching for a room near the university.
My previous housemates label me as kind and caring, funny and talkative, but also independent and self sufficient.
I learnt French growing up, however I am rusty and am using my time living in Montreal to practice and regain fluency so I appreciate understanding in this process!
Having lived both alone and with others for many years, I am well versed in house dynamics and am happy to work out any misunderstandings promptly.
